I am an undergraduate student of Microbiology at BRAC University with a deep interest in technology and its applications in the life sciences. While my academic focus is on microbes and molecular biology, I'm equally passionate about coding and using software to solve real-world problems in science and healthcare.
Python is my primary programming language, and I also work with JavaScript, C, Java, and R for data analysis. I use LaTeX daily for scientific writing and documentation.
My current work bridges biology and technology. I'm developing Anupraan, a microbiology robot designed to automate fundamental lab tasks such as streaking and spreading. I'm also involved in a research project focused on oncology and the hallmarks of cancer, and I'm building AI-driven image analysis tools for examining clinical specimens.
Beyond research, I co-founded Redmark, a platform for online assessments, and I serve as CTO of Tingeworks, a software development firm focused on creating practical, human-centered digital tools.
